Dr. Naftally Israeli is a clinical psychologist working in Jerusalem, Israel, and a candidate at the Israeli Psychoanalytic Society. He has a B.Sc degree in Physics and a M.A degree in Clinical Psychology. He earned his PhD in Psychoanalysis and Hermeneutics from Bar-Ilan University. His research interests include psychoanalysis, developmental psychology, and the interplay between language and experience. His book, Emotional Language (2019, in Hebrew, https://www.carmelph.co.il/ product/emotional-language/), summarizes his research on the interconnections between language and experience. In addition, he answers children’s questions and writes about psychological issues in Einayim, a monthly magazine for children ages six to thirteen.
