Scope of Research: Modern Jewish History, Israeli History, Labor Studies

 

Academic Background: A social and cultural historian of Labor and Jewish nationalism in Israel and Europe, focusing on the relation between the local and the global, on the fabrication of identities, pioneering, social stratification, institution building and the formation of cultural-political hegemonies.
