Three paths to graduation

Dual B.A. with Columbia University

 

The Dual B.A. program between TAU and Columbia offers students the unique opportunity to receive two bachelor's diplomas from two esteemed universities, in two different countries, and in only four years.

 

As a Dual Degree Program student, you will spend the first two years of your college education in the International Liberal Arts Program at Tel Aviv University, and then proceed to study your third and fourth years at Columbia University School of General Studies (GS). The language of instruction is English.

 

The first year of the program lays the intellectual foundations of the degree through the core curriculum which offers wide-ranging courses in fields including the literary tradition, critical theory, modernity, Israel and the history of ideas. In addition, you will choose two of the following academic tracks to specialize in:

 

 

In the second year, you will continue to study courses from your tracks which are concluded with senior seminar courses.

Additionally, as a Dual Degree students you are given the opportunity to learn Hebrew or Arabic as a part of your program of studies.

You will complete the third and fourth years of your degree at the Columbia School of General Studies.
